METAL DIVISION

JC-TL (Ball valves)
From 150#-2500# ANSI class flanged, threaded, and socket weld. Avaliable in various types of standard and non-standard materials including carbon steel, stainless steel, and high alloys. A wide range of seat materials are availible from soft seats to zero leak metal seats. Sizes range 1/2"-36". Special configurations available upon request.

JC-TL TRUNION BALL VALVES (API Trunion ball valves)
A complete line of API pipeline ball valves ranging from 150# through 2500# ANSI class in sizes through 36". Designed with peek as a standard seat material these valves are optimized for automation and performance. Lead times, in today's market, can be as important as design and performance and our lead times are, on average, half of our competitors.

TRUELINE (Butterfly valves)
From 150#-300# ANSI class lug and wafer in various types of standard and non-standard materials including ductile iron, cast iron, carbon and stainless, and high alloys. Elastomer lined, teflon lined, high performance, and triple offset. Sizes range 2"-60".

TRUELINE (Knife gates)
From 150#-300# ANSI class flanged in various types of standard and non-standard materials including carbon steel, stainless steel, cast iron, and high alloys. Valves availible in 2-way, bi-directional shut-off. Sizes range 2"-48". Special configurations availible on request.

TRUELINE O-PORT KNIFEGATE (Fabricated and cast o-port knifegates)
Designed for the most extreme services, these knifegates are available in fabricated designs 150#, and 300# configurations in sizes through 72", and 150# cast configurations in sizes up to 48". Available in a variety of materials and a unique dual renewable metal seat, this valve is ready for your most aggressive applications.

IPEX XERTEC (Thermoplastic pipe valves and fittings)
Available in PVC, CPVC, schedule 40, and schedule 80. Sizes from 1/4" through 48". A complete thermoplastic system including valves. One manufacturer, one source. IPEX has local intventories available in Houston and Louisiana.

 

IPEX INDUSTRIAL VALVES (Manual and automated)
A complete line of manual and automated thermoplastic valves including Ball Valves, Butterfly Valves, Diaphragm Valves, Check Valves, Y-Strainers, etc... Using state of the art manufacturing methods and cutting edge designs these products will out perform and out last all likely competitors. Available in a variety of materials and sizes.

 

IPEX GUARDIAN (Dual containment piping systems)
Available in a multitude of materials including vinyls, fiberglass, pp, cs,ss, and most alloys. A complete system that is designed and warranteed by the manufacture for a period of 5 years when combined with our leak detection system.

 

IPEX ENFIELD (Acid waste system)
Enfield is an electro fusion polypropylene acid waste system, which has an operating temperature range from -10 degrees to 212 degrees. Several joints can be made at one time and individual joints take only 2 minutes for a maintenance free system. Enfield NFS approved, IAPMO-listed, CSA certified, and meets ASTM F1412, D4101, and CSA B181.3. Pipe and fittings from 1 1/2" to 12".

IPEX ENPURE (Acid waste system)
Enpure is a high purity natural polypropylene material with pipe valves and fittings for a complete piping system. Enpure has the approval of the USDA and the FDA Code of Federal Regulations Title 21 - 177.1520 on schedule 40 and 80 as well as all fittings and valves. Enpure has the range from resistivity of less than 1 meg ohm (distilled water), to a resistivity of 18 meg ohm(de-ionized water).

IPEX ENCASE (Dual containment acid waste system)
Encase is an electro fusion, double containment, polypropylene acid waste system. Available in both non-flame retardant and flame retardant systems with leak detection. Pipe and fittings from 1 1/2" to 8".

 

IPEX LABLINE (Acid waste system)
Labline is a mechanical joint polypropylene acid waste system that can be made up in 30 seconds and unlike Enfield, Labline can be disassembled and reused. systems available in flame retardant and non-flame retardant pipe and fittings from 1 1/2" to 12".

 

IPEX PLENTUMLINE (Acid waste system)
Plenumline is a PVDF flame retardant acid waste system. This is a mechanical joint system that can be made up in 30 second. This material exhibits a flame spread index of 5 and smoke development index of 35 in accordance with ASTM E84 and UL 723. Temperature range is -40 degrees to 285 degrees, perfectly suited for plenum applications. Pipe and fittings from 1 1/2 " to 4".

IPEX DURAPLUS (ABS piping system)
Duraplus is a complete Industrial ABS piping system, including pipe, valves, and fittings. Duraplus has an operating range from -40F to 176F. It has five times the wear resistance of carbon steel, and 1/8 the weight with pressure from 90 to 230 psi. Duraplus complies with ASTM 43232 and in accordance with ASTM D3965. Sizes from 3/8" to 12". Duraplus also offers an air-line in sizes (20mm-½" to 110 mm-4")

IPEX DURATEC (Co-exstruded tubing)
Duratec is an HDPE-Aluminum-HDPE piping system for compressed air and inert gases. Duratec is flexible yet rigid, it can handle temperatures from -40F to 140F and is 75% lighter than copper and sch 40 carbon steel. Duratec comes in 100' and 300' coils which reduces the amount of fitting or leak paths to your piping system. Duratec meets the requirements of ASTM 1282, CSA, and OSHA standards. Sizes are 3/8" to 1" with fittings in stainless and nickel-plated.

AICKINSTRUT (Pipe support system)
Aickinstrut is a non-metallic piping support system made from pultruded glass reinforced polyester or vinylester resin and PVC. Available with channel, pipe clamps, hangers, structural components, nuts and bolts, and cable trays so you can make your on custom piping support system.  

 

AICKINSTRUT COPE-GLAS (Fiberglass Cable Trays)
This unique non metallic cable tray system compliments the Aickinstrut familiy of products. With a variety of shapes and sizes this system is an excellent alternative to the more exspensive 316SS systems designed for extreme environments.

TL INFUSION (Surface infusion)
TL Infusion is a unique surface infusion product that bonds directly to the friction face of any metal surface through a magnetic attraction. This unique semi-synthetic hydrocarbon then dramatically smooths any mechanical surface and significantly improves performance, reduces friction loads, and reduces amp draw on most rotating components. This new technology can be used with existing carbon based, or synthetic lubricants.
